Zaid Alkuheli is the Founder and CEO of OverseerOS. He is a computer engineer from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and he has spent years operating and growing YouTube channels across a range of niches, including AI, psychology, education, history, and spirituality.

Running those channels meant doing the work directly: studying competitors, testing content strategies, and reviewing performance data, titles, thumbnails, and audience behavior. Over time, that hands-on practice built a practical understanding of how creator growth actually works, and of the difference between a decision based on evidence and one based on a guess.

OverseerOS grew out of that experience. The work was scattered across too many disconnected tools, one for research, another for planning, others for analysis and production, and the constant switching made it harder to see the whole picture and act on it.

The goal was to bring that work into a single platform, where creators can analyze channels, research competitors, plan content, discover opportunities, and improve their production workflow without stitching together a dozen separate apps.

OverseerOS was built from real-world creator experience and the practical problems that come with it, not from theory. The mission is straightforward: help creators make better decisions with data instead of guesswork.
